Do you have excellent communication skills and a friendly personality? We have an exciting job opening for a Receptionist!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients in both English and Spanish
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
